We begin with a limited, intensive discovery session to draft a precise Statement of Work. Any new features requested after development begins are cleanly handled as separate, micro-estimated Change Orders. You get exactly what was promised, on budget.
The Maintenance Phase
Ongoing Infrastructure & Security (MRR)
Great software requires a solid foundation. While you own the final product, we offer tiered monthly maintenance plans (billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly) to handle the invisible heavy lifting: dependency updates, database hosting, and security patches.
Note: To ensure the highest level of security and performance, these maintenance agreements apply exclusively to the original, secure codebase. Major architectural changes by third-party agencies will void the standard maintenance warranty.
