How we handle the limited information collected through this website. Effective July 10, 2026.

MTek Solutions ("we," "us," "our") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice; we recommend reviewing your own compliance needs with qualified counsel.

What we collect

  • Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand basic site usage: pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, not stored as a precise address), and general device/browser information. Analytics is on by default so we can count visits — you can opt out at any time (see below).
  • Discovery-form submissions. When you complete the "Request a Discovery Session" form, your responses are collected and stored by Google Forms and shared with us so we can respond.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send (your address, message, and any details you include).

Cookies & opting out

Analytics is on by default so we can measure how many people visit. We use Google Consent Mode, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out at any time by selecting "Opt out" on our cookie notice, clearing this site's data in your browser, or using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the site.

Third parties

We rely on a few Google services to run this site: Google Analytics (usage measurement), Google Forms (the discovery form), and Firebase Hosting (serving the site). Their handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and Google's policies. Form submissions and emails are kept as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry.

Your choices

  • Decline analytics cookies via the banner (or withdraw consent later).
  • Choose not to submit the form or email us.
  • Contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold or to request its deletion.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
